The girlies

I love to video Jane moving around. Here you can identify some rather advanced vocabulary: while this is strictly improvisational, it is clear that she knows a grand plie in seconde position (the squat), spotting during her chaines en place (she does something funky with her head when she turns), paddle steps (bouncing off the ball of her right foot), heel leads (walking), general musicality, and finally, head banging. She has developed this technique into a side-to-side motion rather than the traditional back and forward. Genius. Also, she would randomly stop and say a quick prayer. Hilarious. And Spiritual, of course...
